How do I send a ticket for technical support?

To reach our IT support channel, from Outlook, send an email to help@palmoves.com. This will send a ticket directly to the IT team who can field and solve your issues promptly.


This method is much faster than determining which group or agent to assign to a ticket. By sending an email to help@palmoves.com, the programming we have will arrange all those things for you. This will also help us avoid a ticket potentially being assigned to the wrong person or someone who may be out sick. 


When sending an email for technical support, please include as much detail as possible about the issue you are experiencing. This will help our IT team to quickly diagnose and resolve the problem. Be sure to include any error messages or screenshots that may be relevant.


If you have multiple issues or requests, please send separate emails for each one. This will help us to keep track of each issue and ensure that they are all resolved in a timely manner.


Finally, please be patient while waiting for a response from our IT team. We strive to respond to all tickets as quickly as possible, but response times may vary depending on the volume of requests we receive.
