What is Freshdesk, and how does it relate to my role here at PAL?
Freshdesk is our customer support software that PAL uses to manage customer inquiries and support tickets. As an employee at PAL, you'll use Freshdesk to handle customer queries related to vehicle transport orders, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer support process, as well as internal work tickets amongst employees/departments
How will Freshdesk enhance my work at PAL?
Freshdesk provides a centralized platform for managing customer interactions, allowing you to efficiently handle and prioritize vehicle transport inquiries. It streamlines communication, automates repetitive tasks, and helps you provide excellent support to dealerships and private customers.
